HIMSO Introduces 5-Year Strategic Plan (2023 - 2028)
We are excited to announce that HIMSO has launched its 5-year strategic plan (2023 - 2028). This plan outlines our objectives and priorities for the next five years and serves as a roadmap for our organization's growth and impact.
Our 5-year strategic plan results from a rigorous process involving input from our stakeholders, including staff, donors, partners, and beneficiaries. Through a comprehensive analysis of our current programs, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, we have identified our key focus areas for the next five years.
Our five strategic objectives for the next five years are:
- To improve access to quality healthcare services.
- To influence social and behaviour change communication.
- To improve community health management systems.
- To scale up CHuA model to other regions.
- Strengthening institutional capacity.
To achieve these goals, HIMSO has developed strategies and action plans to guide our work over the next five years. We will focus on strengthening our existing programs, expanding our services to new regions, and increasing our advocacy and fundraising efforts.
We believe that our 5-year strategic plan will help us to achieve our mission and vision. We are committed to transparency and accountability, and we want to share this plan with everyone who supports our work.
Therefore, we are happy to announce that our 5-year strategic plan is now available to download on our website. We invite everyone to take a look and learn more about our plans for the future. We believe that together, we can make a positive difference in the lives of women and children across the world.
Thank you for your support and partnership in our mission to promote health and wellbeing for all.
