With a Bachelor’s degree in Rural Development and more than a decade of hands-on experience, John Manase is a vital part of the HIMSO technical team. As a Senior Field Officer, he provides expert facilitation in Health Insurance Management systems and is a dedicated advocate for accessible micro health insurance. His dual expertise in systemic health financing and Early Childhood Development (ECD) allows him to lead holistic interventions that strengthen community resilience. John is passionate about bridging the gap between technical health systems and the rural populations they serve.
