This is an End of the Project Evaluation Report. The project, who implementation started in December 2021 aimed to improve access to healthcare services in Tanzania. This evaluation conducted by independent consultant found the project to be successful. The project was relevant, effective, and efficient. The project design helped ensure its sustainability. There were some communication challenges, but overall the project had a positive impact. The evaluators recommend a longer-term phase of the project to sustain its impact.
