An experienced development practitioner working with diplomatic missions and international development agencies (for more than ten years) in impacting change in the lives of people in Africa.

Mr Dalali possesses knowledge and experience in analysis, project management, diplomacy and governance.

He comes from a CSO/NGO background with seven [7] years of experience pioneering good governance, anti-corruption and democracy agendas.

He is passionate in reading (books) on politics, governance, social enterprise, development, and the Catholic faith.

From March 2023, he started researching areas of masculinity (with a keen interest in African Masculinity), gender roles and feminism under the umbrella of sociology of family (and marriage) as a PhD candidate at the University of Dar es Salaam.
