He holds a Master of Arts in Community Development and Project Management from the University of Iringa.

He has extensive experience in project management at local and international NGOs. He has managed projects in sexual reproductive health and rights, gender, youth empowerment, and livelihoods. He is also a renowned Tanzanian author.

For over 3 years now, he has led transformations and system strengthening within HIMSO. As the organization's Executive Director, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of HIMSO. He is also a Board Member for the Tanzania Early Childhood Development Network (TECDEN).
